Derived from renewable soybeans, our soy wax burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax, emitting fewer toxins into the air. To ensure you get the most out of your Pause Reflect Repeat experience, we include a candle and wax melt care card in every order. This guide will help you handle, light, and enjoy your products while maintaining their pristine beauty. Our key pointers include regular trimming of your candle wicks prior to each burn and allowing the molten wax to extend to the container's edge during its initial use. Good candle care helps you extend your moments of pause and reflection.

Proper storage ensures your candles and wax melts remain in perfect condition. We recommend keeping your candles and wax melts away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. A cool, dry place is ideal to preserve scent and performance.

The unique character of soy wax means that sometimes, after burning, you might notice slight imperfections or variations in the wax's appearance. Don't worry, this is a natural trait of soy wax and doesn't affect the quality or performance of your product. It's a testament to the authenticity of our deluxe soy wax.

As a small team dedicated to handcrafting each product with care, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order. Once your order is en route, you will receive a notification email. From here, we expect your order to reach you within 3-5 business days. Please note, delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors with Royal Mail.

If you do find yourself needing an exchange or refund, here's our policy to guide you: Exchanges: - Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange the product or offer an alternative from our collection. - Wrong product received: In the rare event you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange for the correct product. Refunds: - Unsatisfactory product: We're confident you'll love our collection but if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will process a refund once the item has been returned to us in original, unused condition. Please note: all exchange and refund requests should be sent to hello@pausereflectrepeat.com with your order number in the subject. We are unable to cover return shipping costs for non-defective items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Sustainability is at the heart of our packaging choices. Your order will arrive in a recyclable box with recyclable tissue paper. Your box will include biodegradable packing peanuts - simply run the packing peanuts under the tap to dissolve. We encourage all PRR customers to reuse candle jars by including seeded paper with every candle. Pop the paper into soil and grow your own lavender. All candle and wax melt packaging is fully recyclable also.
